Galia Rude (born Galina Tuisova, 1970, Syktyvkar, Russia) is a contemporary abstract artist based in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

 Working primarily in acrylic on canvas, she creates multilayered paintings that explore moments of transition—where order dissolves into chaos, certainty gives way to transformation, and individual experience reflects broader questions about humanity. 

Her artistic practice is guided by conceptual exploration and enriched by intuition, within a carefully developed visual language. Transparent layers, gestural marks, geometric structures, and symbolic forms interact to create immersive spaces suspended between reality and imagination. Rather than illustrating ideas, her paintings invite contemplation, encouraging viewers to reflect on change, vulnerability, resilience, and the search for inner balance.

 After studying at the Yaroslavl Art School and Syktyvkar State University, Rude relocated to Germany in 2011. Over time, her practice evolved from representational painting toward abstraction, leading to an ongoing investigation of themes such as time, perception, transformation, and the fragile relationship between chaos and harmony. 

Her current body of work, Humanity in Transition, reflects on the emotional and existential challenges of contemporary life while seeking moments of hope and connection. 

Her work has been exhibited in Germany and South Korea, while earlier projects were exhibited internationally in Italy, China, Bulgaria, Vietnam and Switzerland.

 Rather than escaping reality, Galia Rude employs abstraction as a Visual language for exploring experiences that resist direct representation.
